A little bit about me...

I was born in 1977 and grew up in Chester, UK. 

In 1999 I got really fascinated by the idea of chi gung - the concept that you could create a superhuman body and mind through gentle exercise and meditation.

What followed was expansive research into all things alternative and truth seeking.

In 2001 my chi gung teacher in California introduced the idea of pinhole glasses to me as a way to subtly alter your consciousness enough to see energy.
